Ashtanga Yoga is a set series of postures carried out in a flowing Vinyasa style. This style concentrates on the alignment of movement and breath which turns static yoga into a dynamic flow of moving. The session is taught by Louise Tuczemskyi, and registered with the Yoga Alliance.

Everyone can benefit from practising yoga as it's a holistic discipline that helps the body, mentally, physically and spiritually. All levels welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
Wednesdays between 6.15-8pm. It is advisable not to eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours prior to practice. Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a mat if you have one! (class mats are available).
