Wow! Said the Owl Family Workshop, 12 – 1pm

Tuesday 18 February, 12:00pm - 1:00pm, The Point

Join acclaimed children’s author and illustrator Tim Hopgood for a storytelling session, and to draw along with him!

He’ll be showing you how to recreate some of his favourite characters, including the little Owl featured in our Wow! Said the Owl exhibition.

This session will take place in our Gallery, where you can also explore the fantastic exhibition which brings Tim’s wonderful ‘Wow! Said the Owl’ book to life.

Tim has illustrated over 20 books. His stunning picture books include ‘What a Wonderful World’, ”A Dog Called Rod’ and ‘Twinkle, Twinkle, Squiglet Pig’.

All materials are provided- expect plenty of chances to join in!

Sessions last 45 minutes and parents need to stay with children.

The session is suitable for children aged 3+.

Booking essential – please book your adult places too as these sessions are for families to have fun together.

£2 per child, 1 free adult place per child (please book as places are limited).

Additional adult places can be booked at £2.

Some young people may need additional support in these sessions.

Carers of children with additional needs are welcome to attend for free, but do let us know that you are coming by booking tickets, or contacting us if you have any questions (see below for our contact details).
